Students will arrive and sign in. Staff will be directing students to their designated tables and seats.
COMPETITION TIME

The first half of the techathon will take place.
OPENING REMARKS
9:00 - 9:05
Tech Hours 2023 will kick off with a big welcome and introduction from the team. The official policy and rules will be addressed.
LIGHT SNACKS
11:05 - 11:35
The competition will be paused and students will be provided FREE snacks. Students may also check out our sponsor booths during this time frame.
COMPETITION OVERVIEW
9:05 - 9:20
The competition rules and outlines will be addressed, along with the introduction of the prompts.
COMPETITION TIME
11:35 - 1:50
The techathon will be resumed. This is the final time period for students to work.
PRESENTATIONS
1:50 - 2:50
Students will present their ideas to judges for evaluation.
LUNCH
2:50 - 3:20
Before the tech conference starts, students will be provided with a FREE catered lunch.
KEYNOTE #1
3:20 - 3:50
The first keynote speech will begin. Students are free to ask questions.
KEYNOTE #2
3:50 - 4:20
The second keynote speech will take place.
KEYNOTE #3
4:20 - 4:50
The third keynote speech will take place.
AWARDS CEREMONY
4:50 - 5:00
Awards for the top 3 teams overall + other additional categories will be announced.
CLOSING REMARKS

Tech Hours 2023 will conclude with final remarks from the team.
